The black four wheeler

Dax loves to climb on the side of the couch and pretend he's riding his black four wheeler. I know it's probably not the best thing to teach your kid that it's okayto climb on couches, but he loves it. At least he thinks of safety gear. No one can ride without their helmets.

This would be called a side wheelie.

Dax pretends to crash into trees and fall off. Do you recall him doing crazy tricks on his bike? Well he does them on the couch as well. Scott is a good sport to play with him. They can do big jumps if dad plays.

Football helmet and gloves

Lately Dax has to wear his "football helmet and gloves" ( also known as his snow hat and gloves) to do anything. He'll run up and down the hall all day with his gear on. He thinks that it protects him when he crashes on the ground.

Look at those ears. They look the same as when he was born.

I was over at my friends Katy Murdocks home the other day and she just got our her camara and started taking pictures of Dax and Rhett. They turned out awesome. Thanks Katy, I love them.

Getting Creative!

On Sunday Dax did not want to eat his pasta. After an hour of struggle Grandma decided to give it to him with whip cream on it. You get to a point were you'll just take whatever works. Dax loved it and he got some extra calories which he can use.

New Years in Logan!

We went to Logan for New Years. My sister and her family were here from Spokane with their two boys. Scott and I had a lot of fun. When we left we both said we wished we had more time. The funnest parts were staying up late playing games, (we even got my mom to play one game called Buzz word and I know she had a good time) and taking the kids four wheeling and sledding.

The kids were way fun to watch go down the hill and it was hilarious to watch Jake and Dax try to run in their snow gear. Oh and we can't forget the stories that Grandpa told. If I could speak for Dax he would say " that's a nice story grandpa."

One night all the kids slept under the Christmas tree with Grandma and Grandpa. Dax really enjoyed doing that. He thought it was so cool to sleep on the floor with a sleeping bag.
