NEW HELMET AND SUMMERTIME!

This is Dax's new helmet. His uncle Randy gave it to him. He is set to go ride the four wheeler with Daddy's shoes and his winter gloves. He loves this thing, he can even put it on all by himself.

This is Dax with his friend Blaze. We had them over the other day to play in the water. They went back and forth from the slip and slide to the pool.

It was so funny to watch them run on that slide. It was extra slippery for some reason, so they couldn't run on it without biffing it. Hilarious!

They even got to eat outside. They had to eat fast though, because some ants decided it looked good too. They had a blast! We love being outside especially in water.

FIRSTS!

First time riding his bike for the year. First time feeding the ducks in Island Park and seeing a muskrat. First time riding snowmobiles in Island Park. First time putting his coat and gloves on all by himself. First time flying a kite. First time eating oatmeal cereal.

Easter 2010

This year Easter was a lot of fun. Dying eggs, egg hunts, candy and more candy, a great dinner and finding a basket with all sorts of cool things. Dax really enjoyed all the activities, still not understanding the whole Easter bunny thing. He was very proud of his football Easter egg that we dyed. We stood in line at the fire station in Wellsville waiting for the egg hunt to begin. Snow and rain, it doesn't matter. Easter egg hunts are the best. I do have to say that seeing the fire truck was probably his favorite.

I find it funny how kids can fall asleep in the funniest and most uncomfortable places.
