ONE YEAR PICTURES!

I've been trying to download these pictures so I can have them on the side of my blog but I get an error every time I try to do it. I think I have to change the name of the file or something. If anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated.

SUNSHINE!

My friend Gretta and I went for a walk yesterday. I can't believe what a nice, warm day it was. No jackets! Spring might just be here. After our walk we let Dax and Jasper play in the front yard with their footballs. They loved being outside and running free. They both got a kick out of the fence. It's so cute to watch your kids play with other kids. After dinner, outside we went again. We had a good day. Dax is going to love summer.

ST. PATRICK'S DAY!

Our St. Patrick's Day started off by having green eggs and pancakes. I could eat the pancakes but I just couldn't bring myself to eat the eggs. They looked really disgusting. Scott and Dax liked them at least. Later that day we made sugar cookies. I brought out Dax's bumbo and sat him on the counter, he even helped me stir. He did a great job. He liked being right up there with me. I'm sure I'll use his bumbo more so he can take part in making dinner or whatever. After lunch we delivered some cookies to our neighbors and then we went into my work and did the same.
For dinner I tried to come up with something clever to make like green rice and meatballs, but I didn't have all the ingredients for them. We ended up with tacos and green beans. At least I had something green. Overall we had a great day! Scott was able to be home with us. We did our taxes and hung my temple picture that I got for Christmas. More than anything Dax loved being able to play with his dad all day.

Q-TIPS

Two days ago I was in the kitchen making lunch and I noticed Dax was being very good. Well, too good. When I went to check on him this is what I found. Q-tips were everywhere. I had them in a plastic bag and somehow he opened it and dumped them all out. Notice where he's putting the Q-tip. That's a little scary.

I thought I had picked them all up and yesterday he kept finding them. I lifted up our rug in the bathroom and found a ton more. What a funny kid. And what great memories little kids have. Dax remembers a few days later where a ball is that rolled under the couch.
